Founded in 2015 by Whitney Juszkiewicz, Fire and Ice Hockey Development offers on-ice skills training, spring and summer team programmes, and a structured stream of coach development resources across Vancouver and Burnaby. Player-facing programmes include the Fury Spring Programme, Fury Summer Camps, Fury Academy, Elite Fury Academy, and Mighty Fury Academy, with sessions emphasising skill instruction and game sense.
The coach development side of the organisation is equally extensive, covering mentorship programmes, seminars, webinars, and evaluations. Juszkiewicz holds Hockey Canada Skills Coach, Master Coach Developer, and BC Hockey Coach Mentor certifications, reflecting the technical foundation behind the coaching curriculum.
