Mully's Hockey

Mully's Hockey operates out of Kingston, Ontario, offering on-ice development programmes for players from U10 through U18. The curriculum spans power skating workshops, defenceman-specific development, and team training sessions, with PA day programming woven into the schedule throughout the year.

Both forwards and defencemen are accommodated, and the training calendar runs across spring, summer, and in-season periods to give players consistent development opportunities year-round. Off-ice workouts complement the on-ice sessions, addressing skating mechanics and overall game performance alongside player confidence.
