Located in Gloucester, Ontario, Amped Sports Lab delivers a broad range of on-ice and off-ice hockey programmes for players, goalies, and teams. Goaltending development is offered through the Summit Goaltending programme, while skater-focused options include shooting and skills sessions, Power Edge Pro, and a Coaches Choice format for more flexible instruction. Team development and cognitive development programming round out the hockey-specific offerings.
Beyond hockey, the facility houses golf simulation through the AMPED Golf Zone and GolfIn Simulator, as well as instruction with Griff Jones Golf. Ice rentals are also available. The Gloucester location serves the broader Ottawa area, making it accessible to players and organisations from across the region.
