Acton Skating Club

Based in Acton and serving Halton Hills, this Skate Canada member club runs a broad range of on-ice programmes — from Pre-CanSkate for beginners through to Star 2+ figure skating and Adult Skating for skaters 16 and older. Hockey-focused participants can progress through Pre-Power and Power Skating for Hockey sessions structured around speed, edge control, and agility.

The club holds Skate Ontario's CanSkate Excellence designation and has achieved STAR 1–5 Excellence recognition, reflecting the programme standards it meets. Sessions are delivered in small-group formats, making them suitable for youth from U8 through U13 as well as adult recreational skaters.

The club's programme range is broad enough to accommodate a first-time skater and a hockey player working on technical skating mechanics within the same organisation.
