Kinetix Hockey

Kinetix Hockey Performance operates across Durham Region — including Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington, Cobourg, and Stouffville — and extends into the Greater Toronto Area. Training is available in both private one-on-one and small-group formats, with a programme catalogue that includes skating skills development, stickhandling and puck control, and position-specific sessions designed to address individual technical needs.

The organisation's lead instructor holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics with a focus in Biomechanics from the University of Ottawa, which informs the technical approach to skating development. Sessions are available for players across age groups and competitive levels, with the competitive-focused programming particularly suited to athletes pursuing AAA-level play.
