NANAIMO SKATING CLUB

Based at Cliff McNabb Arena on Bowen Road in Nanaimo, the Nanaimo Skating Club has offered skating instruction across all ages and ability levels for more than 75 years. Holding Skate Canada Gold Club status, it is one of the longer-established skating organisations on Vancouver Island.

Programming runs from introductory CanSkate classes for younger beginners through to advanced competitive figure skating support. Summer school sessions round out the calendar for skaters seeking year-round development. The club's offerings also touch on skating fundamentals relevant to hockey players, including power skating.

The U8–U13 age range forms a significant part of the membership, though the club's inclusive structure accommodates skaters at all stages.
