Off-Ice Hockey Lanes operates a year-round, climate-controlled training facility in Okotoks, Alberta, serving hockey and ringette players across all ages and skill levels. The facility centres on synthetic ice shooting lanes and virtual reality game simulations, giving players a consistent environment to work on shooting accuracy, stickhandling, and in-game decision-making regardless of season.

Sessions are available in individual or small-group formats, and the facility can also be booked for team or group rentals. The combination of synthetic ice and VR technology allows players to practise both the technical and cognitive aspects of the game without requiring ice time.
