About Final 20 Hockey Development
Final 20 Hockey Development runs summer camps and spring skill clinics for players aged 12–18 (U18), with sessions held at Max Bell and Great Plains in Calgary and the Chestermere Recreation Centre. On-ice programming covers skating speed, conditioning, passing, shooting, scoring, and checking, delivered through small-group clinics and specialized instruction.
A notable feature of the programme is the Game Analysis service, which breaks down individual shifts from a single game into video format, highlighting tactical details in a way players can act on directly. One parent noted the service was a turning point for a player who had moved up several divisions and was adapting to a higher level of competition.
Private skills sessions and group or team training round out the offerings, giving players options beyond the camp format.
What parents say
“The Final 20 Game Analysis was a pivotal moment for my U11 player. He had moved up several divisions over the last season and was struggling to find the level of success to which he was accustomed. Final 20 broke down each of his shifts in a single game and created a video pointing out simple details that were easy for my son to understand. We watched the video a few times after subsequent games, and his coaches stepped up to provide him confidence and great support. Prior to the analysis he scored 9 goals in 26 games; following the analysis he scored 10 goals in 6 games against some top teams in his division, scoring in every game. His confidence, passion and enjoyment returned and he will end the season on a high note.”
