About Riggers Hockey Academy
Founded in 2015, Riggers Hockey Academy delivers private youth hockey development from its base in Leduc, Alberta. The programme draws on a European development model that prioritises consistent, high-level instruction sustained over the long term, with an emphasis on individual skill growth within a team context.
On-ice skill development and off-ice conditioning form the core of the offering, alongside team development and participation in the Hockey Super League (HSL) and Premier Hockey League (PHL). Training is available primarily through private one-on-one formats and is aimed at youth players in the U8–U13 range.
The academy serves a broad footprint across central Alberta, with players attending from Leduc, Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Red Deer, Camrose, Innisfail, Viking, Devon, and Calmar.
